Dorado Tacos features an innovative approach to Mexican street food, including Baja California-style fish tacos, quesadilla, soups, and salads.

We prepare all our salsas, dressings, marinades and meat rubs from scratch, with fresh seasonal produce and traditional herbs and spices.
