Dorado Tacos features an innovative approach to Mexican street food, including Baja California-style fish tacos, quesadilla, soups, and salads.

We prepare all our salsas, dressings, marinades and meat rubs from scratch, with fresh seasonal produce and traditional herbs and spices.

Our menu goes beyond just tacos and quesadillas featuring classic Mexican dishes such as elote (grilled seasoned corn on the cob), savory home-made chorizo and a great selection of tasty vegetarian options.
